If the keys are not in the designated spot, it’s possible that the previous customer accidentally placed them elsewhere. In that case, please search other areas inside the vehicle. If the keys still cannot be found, contact us through the m.24rent.fi site, our mobile app, or by SMS.
You can access the car and unlock the doors via m.24rent.fi, the 24Rent mobile app, or by SMS.
Instructions for vehicle access have been sent to your email.
During your reservation, use the keys in the traditional way to lock and unlock the vehicle.
At the end of your reservation, return the keys to the designated location and lock the car using m.24rent.fi, the mobile app, or SMS—according to the instructions provided.
Never lock the vehicle with the key at the end of your reservation!
If you do, the next customer will not be able to open the doors. If the keys remain in your possession or are lost, you will be held fully liable for all related costs and damages in accordance with the rental terms.
