How do I start of my reservation?

You can access the car at the beginning of your reservation via m.24rent.fi, the 24Rent mobile app, or by SMS. Instructions for unlocking the vehicle have been sent to your email.

Before starting your trip, inspect the vehicle for any damage using the checklist on m.24rent.fi, take photos of the car from multiple angles, and report any new issues through the site, the app, or via SMS if applicable.

Once the inspection is done, unlock the doors with your phone or by SMS, and you'll be ready to go.
